French Riviera Living

The South of France feels like a sun-bleached postcard you never quite want to leave – where slow mornings roll gently into long, golden days. We travelled from the lavender-scented calm of Provence down to the glitz of St Tropez, weaving through Cap Ferrat, Antibes and Nice before crossing into the polished glamour of Monaco. Our days found their own easy family rhythm, market mornings, afternoons by the pool, harbour lights in the evening and discovering somewhere new every other day without ever feeling rushed. It was Riviera elegance, yes, but experienced in the most grounding way… together, as a family.

St Tropez

There’s something about the Riviera that lingers long after you’ve left.

Maybe it’s the light of Antibes or the buzz of St Tropez

Maybe it’s the way the days stretch a little slower.

Or maybe it’s simply the memories made when you step away from routine and lean fully into togetherness.

Either way, this little pocket of France has left its mark on us, sandy-footed, sun-kissed, and already dreaming of returning.

Is South of France on your travel list? Ive written separately about Verdon Gorge, an absolute must when visit the area with kids.
